Milestone

In July 2002, it was approved by Shanghai Customs to register as a proxy customs declaration enterprise. In September 2002, it was registered as the inspection agency of Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. In June 2005, according to regulations, a new application was made to the General Administration of Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China for the registration of an inspection and quarantine agency. In 2003, it was approved by the Ministry of Commerce to establish three branches in Shenzhen, Qingdao, and Ningbo. On July 29, 2002, our company was approved by the Ministry of Transportation of the People’s Republic of China to become an enterprise capable of operating non vessel shipping business. It is also a company approved by the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) of the United States to have OCC qualifications. On August 26, 2003, the Civil Aviation Administration of China approved our company as a sales agent for Class I cargo (international routes), with a business approval number of 30530. In April 2005, as an international freight forwarding enterprise, it completed its registration with the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China. Our company has been continuously awarded the titles of “Double Worry Enterprise for Foreign Investment Enterprises in China” in 2002 and 2003, and has received awards jointly issued by the Shanghai Foreign Investment Working Committee, the Shanghai Foreign Trade and Economic Commission, and the Shanghai Foreign Investment Enterprise Association.
